YUVA

YUVA - The Entrepreneurship Cell of Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies aims at actively promoting entrepreneurship amongst budding entrepreneurs. It seeks to provide a platform to the students to convert their ideas into a reality by exposing them to the joys and obscurity of entrepreneurship .Yuva believes that entrepreneurship is not an aptitude, but an attitude!

YUVA is a realisation of the need to cultivate and integrate the entrepreneurial stance within the management mould. Alan Kay once said ‘The best way to predict future is to invent it’ and we at YUVA believe in doing just that. YUVA succeeded in giving the University of Delhi its first Incubation Centre. The Incubation Centre is a setup, which carries out the mission of promoting innovation and entrepreneurship to enable and seed business operations with guidance in product design, know-how acquisition, financial mobilizations and providing a network of contacts for a budding entrepreneur.

Our Business Incubator helps young entrepreneurs with business basics, networking activities and provides them with marketing assistance. The Centre has access to high speed internet connection and provides help in areas like accounting and financial management and in providing access to Bank Loans, Loan Funds and Guarantee Programs. Sessions like Comprehensive business training programs, knowledge of business etiquette and management team identification are being held time and again under the Incubation Centre.

National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN) is our resource partner

The non-profit National Entrepreneurship Network was founded in 2003 with a mission to create and support high-growth entrepreneurs, driving job-creation and economic growth. Today, NEN represents the largest, most vibrant community of India’s new and future entrepreneurs.
